There are reports of a second shooter, but nothing confirmed. It would be very polite of this shooter to attempt a massacre without killing anyone, I hope that soldier he shot makes a full recovery. This doesn't seem like a man in the clock tower kind of attack, the shooter attacked a soldier and then went into Parliament. Definitely a political thing.
