I'm working downtown Ottawa, two blocks from the current perimeter... the building is in shutdown and the first floor is inaccessible until further notice. We were asked to close the blinds and stay away from window. Before that we saw SWAT going toward the parliament but other than that it's fairly quiet here. All our blackberries are offline and I've heard that they might shut down all cellular communications soon.
