I think it's Elsa but Rapunzel is a distant second. I Don't think Sophia or Princess and the Frog count as canon mostly because they kinda suck or have useless powers. They're like the Canada of Disney princesses.

seriously though, Beauty and the Beast is a really destructive and hosed up story. notice how the protagonist Belle, is really smart and loves to read a lot and is extremely intelligent and no one in the movie pays any attention to this aspect of her personality whatsoever. the character who does closest to this is the Beast when he says "here, have my library" and that's pretty much it. lol
