Is it just me or is their website not working properly? I've been trying for the past few days to submit a ticket and it keeps giving me a "Connection Failed" error.

The website seems to be working, but I'm not gonna submit a test request. If you can't get it to work in another browser/computer, try contacting them via the Contact Us form.
