I don't think Atlus has whatever they need to publish in Europe, so localizing anything over there is a long process of legal whatever and I guess maybe translating poo poo into other languages. It's not because of some sort of deep seeded hatred towards Europe, it's because it's complicated as gently caress, especially for a smaller company such as Atlus. I think.
