Red rectangle with rounded edges and a white triangle in the middle. looks a lot like the youtube app icon on my phone, so there's a good brand association with the logo. gmail: This is just something else entirely. its an envelope [mail] but it also has the letter M on it, and part of it is a darker grey than the other part... wow. Its completely stellar, especially when combined with the text on the tab that says Inbox, letting me know what it is. New Tab: google really dropped the ball here. they couldve put anything as the favicon for new tab, but they chose nothing. Disappointing. imgur: A Dark square with a green spot... uh, last I checked this wasnt the matrix pal. IT's a image host that's also a stripped down version of reddit. I guess the best thing you can say about it is that I recognize it.

I just saw that. I will miss the posts that say " " and saying that 'they' will 'not' do whatever.For the record, OP, I am using Safari on OSX public park edition and I cant see any favicons on the tabs for some reason.
