Scrambled with white rice, salt, pepper, and hot chilli oil. That, and coffee, is my power breakfast.

Use a lot of it with black pepper in your scrambled eggs and they will taste awesome. I think Beau Monde means "good world". My dad taught me this spice when I was in high school. It's for eggs. I use it on any mayo based recipe. Hood on tuna salad and devilled eggs

Isn't Beau Monde seasoning just powdered sugar, onion powder, and salt? It's great on eggs, whatever it is.

I think there are a few recipes for Beau Monde but I think the flavor that stands out to me is the celery seed. I know this because at one point my wife put celery salt on my eggs and I asked her if it was Beau Monde.

Eggs, wheter scrambled or sunny side up, are what saves me from starvation when I want to eat something but I don't want to put in the effort of actually cooking. Boiled eggs are also pretty good.

Scrambled but no milk, no seasoning, just a few teaspoonsish of sriracha, whisked for a solid minute then cooked in a dry nonstick pan over medium-high heat while scraping with a silicone egg lifter like you're cleaning the pan for approximately as long as you whisked It's not impressive or anything but I'm just being honest and it's delicious so who gives a gently caress

My girlfriend taught me the best way to make scrambled eggs. Three or so eggs per person and about half of an egg-sized lump of butter per person. Crack the eggs into a pot with some black pepper, toss in the butter and put it on low heat, stirring constantly. As soon as it starts to thicken around the edge, lift the pot off the heat and scrape the bottom and sides until it stops sticking, then return it to the heat. Keep stirring, serve while they're still slightly (slightly) runny and don't look quite done yet by scrambled egg standards. Fantastic on toast. I'm gonna need to get me the equipment to make those purple eggs though.

I ate two raw eggs for breakfast, cracked over some white rice with soy sauce, some sesame seeds, and a diced spring onion. It was nice.

I made tacos last night, and today I did what I always do the day after I make tacos. I put the leftover meat, peppers and cheese in a pan, crack a couple of eggs on top, and let it cook sunny-side up like that until it's almost done, then quickly scramble it all together so everything gets coated in nice runny yolk. This dish is the reason I make tacos at all.

Country omelette with maybe some cheese and hotsauce. Alternatively, I recently discovered the deliciousness that can be added when you break the egg yolk while frying eggs.

Apparently the yolk of duck eggs are richer than chicken eggs. I'd be all over an over-easy duck egg if that's true.

Fry the rice in oil that's been "blessed" with garlic, then cook your eggs over-medium. Serve with pandesal (little bread roll) and wash it down with instant coffee (or gin if I'm to believe my relatives in the Philippines).

Eggs in a basket, with bread I just made, served with a small bit of homemade leftover pasta sauce. The vegetables really add to the eggs and toast. Too bad Mrs Creature can't eat it since she has a gluten intolerance (diagnosed, and well I have seen the results when she ate bread I just made to be polite). She missed real bread so much she devoured it. The pasta was a bitch to make so we didn't have a repeat
