I've had mine, this same avatar, for ten years. On one hand I'm too poor to change it but on the other hand I feel like it's basically a historical relic from a former internet era at this point. Just a dude wearing a paper bag, posting on internet forums. Not much to see.

my avs mean nothing to me, it's mostly stupid video game poo poo. what I really take seriously are the ICP lyrics that I pair with them. I take a lot of care to make sure the lyrics fit well with the av, and when I'm making the gif myself I try to sync the animation to beat of the track. Here are the ones I've quoted so far: "Inner City Posse got the dog beats, ICP, we got the dog beats" - Dog Beats, 1991 "I try to smile alot but I'm always frontin' / But I do love a ghost and at least that's somethin'" - In My Room, from The Wraith - Hell's Pit, 2004 "If you were Andre The Giant, that poo poo would be slick / You could finger gently caress a girl and she would think it's your dick" - Cartoon Nightmares, from Forgotten Freshness 3, 2001 As an aside, I think that one was my best so far. It's not a very well-known track, and I think that helped it stand on its own as a custom title. Cartoon Nightmares was the only original single on what was otherwise a compilation album, so not a lot of people paid any attention to it. Which brings me to my current one, "What is a juggalo?  This one had some pun in non red text. Don't remember who bought it, it was originally meant for a troll, but a mod said that he was going to get banned, so I got it.
