I always take a shower in the morning to wake me up and to make my hair more comb-able before I go to work. If I have trouble sleeping at night, I'll take one then too. The bed is more comfortable after a shower.

Speaking of the BM option, one time I flushed the toilet and every bathtub and bath-sink in the house erupted with poo poo and piss. Some roots had grown into the pipe leading to the main sewer on my property. Good times!

I take a quick shower in the mornings so my hair doesn't look like poo poo for work. I bike to and from work so sometimes on hot days I need to rinse off when I get home. I wash my hair every 2-3 days, non-sulfate only or else my hair falls out like crazy. I have long hair. There's probably a tribble-like creature forming down in that drain. I feel bad if I use too much water though.

My mom uses my sister and I as am/pm examples. I shower in the pm, it relaxes me and my bed doesn't smell like I didn't take a shower. My sister showers in the am and her bed looks filthy, and smells just as bad as i looks. Also my sister has acne all over her face, probably from her nasty rear end pillows. And I have a clean face!
