It's still not as bad as The Last Dangerous Visions. Harlan Ellison announced that in 1973 and it still hasn't come out. No one but him knows why (except "because he's Harlan Ellison") It's not even a collection of stories he wrote that he hasn't quite finished, it's an anthology of other peoples' stories.
