here are my submissions to kick things off (this is not a health thing. just the shittiest fast food establishments overall. don't post good ones idiots) -   (  note: "fast food" for the purposes of this thread can be roughly defined as a place where you order at the counter or drive-thru (with some exceptions like uhhh Steak n Shake) and "entree" items cost on avg $5-10).
