They fly in planeloads of the cheapest people they can find and then dont let them leave until their time is up..and those plane tickets are probably the largest expense for all of them over the years that they are there..ive seen a planeload of poor rear end indians being flown out of kuwait city personally, i was on the flight, it was madness. Yes kuwait isn't qatar but all of those rich states do the same thing.
