battle royale is the best proven effective method weed out applicants by killer instinct and improvisational gumption shows who is flexible, devoted, doesn't cave under stress... you'd be surprised who turns out to be fire hardened steel and whos a mushy apple (hint it's the quiet female asian stereotype, that brash dude who you thought would be a good hrie is actually ac omplete poo poo and selfish coward)
