what kind of hot chilies do you put in your chili? personally i chop up half of a red bell pepper and throw the other half out (so the chili doesnt get too spicy)

Pretty good, IMO. Makes for a more well-balanced meal that can be eaten on its own. Chili w/o beans can be very tasty too, but is best served with rice or cornbread. Makes a good topping for pretty much any starch.
