I still don't care for onions. They dont provide much/any nutrition and don't taste that great. Chopped are ok in some mediterraen foods (gyros, dolmas). I usually ask for hamburgers without them. Caramelized is aight but when possible, I try to substitute garlic (I eat an insane amount of garlic) for onion. French garlic soup? yesss

there's a place in my town that makes ghost pepper burgers. theyre pretty good i prefer a big slab of raw onion myself but jalapenos are cool too
