I heard this movie has a dope twist at the end, but I'm not up to watching it. I tried reading the synopsis on imdb, but it's too convoluted to really get.

I was for some reason compelled to actually watch this after the nice man posted. I gotta say it wasn't nearly as gory as I thought it would be. the infamous foot scene is literally .5 seconds of on screen cutting, at the very beginning no less.
