The United States has been mad at Cuba for being a POS island that tried to nuke us. ..That, and extra-mad because the CIA's completely retarded plots to ....And there was the time the Cuban government stole a bunch of land and businesses from the people who owned them because everything was going communist. But since I watched "Bad Boys II" again, I'm all in favor of Cuba, personally.

I had a teacher in high school, and whenever Cuba happened to be mentioned in any way she would go on a tirade about the short-sighted impracticality of communism, and how the government in Cuba only came to power by stealing from her family and her family's friends. Also, somewhere in Cuba there are buried many jars containing American currency from back when it was all backed by silver still. All of this was when she was a child, though. And it is way before her children's time.
