What's the state of Poland's military? How about the other former Bloc countries?

They get literally all of their equipment from the United States. Poland's military is basically just the United States Military of Poland.

if you believe that we are going to bail out canadian tar sands and fracking, thats a political fight i would love to see. in reality opec made a stupid decision and it will mostly gently caress venezuela, russia, and mookface's kids' college savings

the stupidest assumption ive seen so far in this thread is that "america wont let consumers suffer, america wont let production fall, we wont import it from the middle east" when thats exactly *exactly* what happened in the past. you have to be some retard neanderthal to think its unprecedented for the energy market here to get devastated and bottom out

the housing market will never collapse again either. dont worry about it!! we wouldnt let something like that happen

lol. I think your naive assumption that pure economic reasons motivate the economy is funny.

America won't ever give up the means of oil production until all the oil is gone. Regardless of the price unless it's truly ridiculous in some imagined future.

Direct subsidies from the US of A.

Also, who's hemorrhaging money if you've already built the infrastructure and are simply making less profit?

Do you think current US/Canada oil production will be curtailed in the next 5 years due to lower prices per barrel?

if oil prices remain low, a lot of us and canadian energy companies will fail. this has happened before. if you want to push for a massive bailout if that occurs id love to see how that goes. honestly i dont believe you understand how the global energy market works, i dont think you have any personal experience with the oil industry, and i dont think youve even read about it

i directly answered your question. there isnt a yes or no answer to it because we dont know what energy prices will be in 5 years. if they are high, production will go up, if they remain low, a lot of people will go out of business. if you think there is going to be a bailout over that, you are dumb as all gently caress

edit: none of the NATO-Russia border states are willing to fire a first shot at Russia, so they let themselves get trolled by planes "accidentally" flying in their airspace or subs accidentally in their waters, plus a few strategic hackings of infrastructure
