"Why indeed" gets two votes from me not just because of the subject matter and the tastelessness, but the utter smugness that emanates. I can just picture Mr. Ramirez leaning back in his chair, admiring his work and thinking, "Guess you should have thought of this before you chose to be born Palestinian, parent of brutally slaughtered child."
