I seem to recall a build thread here where a goon literally got the very last two new old stock 12A housings in north america, so I imagine parts are getting rare. plus the 13b would be the obvious choice for a multitude of reasons, so it having a 12a means the owner was cheap, which is generally not a good sign when custom swaps are involved. it's the rotary equivalent of SBC swaps where they use a 305.
