its like some kind of contest between the people who are eating slightly dry pasta vs the people who are overcooking it in the first place
if you have leftover pasta in any case it loses moisture mostly from the outermost area of the noodles so pour a tbsp of water on it and toss before reheating
this is why you guys need life help
