Toon "First of all," Toon shoots a look at Yukina, "my name is Toon, not Matt". He turns to Ally "You should walk with the rest of us! We may have taken down a villain, but you've earned your stripes too! Kyla needed to be taken down a peg or six. Dumb animal senses. 'Ewww Matt why'd you cut one?' But I totally didn't!" Toon shakes off the unpleasant memory. " Anyhoo, hi-five!" He raises his glove expectantly.

Ally Traynor The new kid is clearly a little freaked out by this sudden outpouring of attention, but she says hello to everyone in turn. She even returns Toon's high five, albeit gingerly. Ally addresses the class president. "D'you talk to Sir Justice a lot? I only see him when I...uh. When I get busted," she says, cringing a little.

Yukina Matsudaira Waving a hand at Looking up to the ceiling for a moment, Yukina looks thoughtful before answering Ally. "Usually once every few weeks or so, usually just when there's a conflict we can't resolve. It used to be a lot more often, but I've organized the student council so we don't have to turn to faculty any more than we have to. It's best to have student issues dealt with by students, isn't it?" She holds up a finger at that, smiling.

Informational post about Dr. Bomber. Dr. Bomber is the most wanted villain in the world and Sir Justice's greatest nemesis. With the power to create bombs from his own energy, he was one of the first villains to sprout up after the Eccentric Awakening. Very little is actually known about him, and that information is classified. After a climactic battle against Sir Justice four years ago, he went into hiding and hasn't been seen since. Nikki might know from her background that Dr. Bomber was usually the top of whatever he did. Though he preferred to work by himself, he had a charisma that made any criminal willing to work with him if need be. His M.O. seemed to be more to cause chaos in the wake of the Awakening than any personal gain.

Nikki Sparks "THAT guy, huh..." Nikki sort of muttered to herself, with a bit more familiarity with who Yukina was talking about than one might expect. Nikki figured villains would want to attack ZA students before the first classes graduated, showing the academy worked. But Dr. Bomber doing it is a bit more surprising... "WELL, guess seeing Ser Justice again is kinda nice. " Nikki says before blowing into another napkin. She then throws it out in a nearby trashcan. "Gimme any pointers you can, new kid!" Nikki says with a wink in Ally's direction.

Ally Traynor "Okay...um." Ally shrugs her jacket aside, revealing her uniform coat underneath. She touches a spot between her sternum and navel. "Even if they're armored or a brick like me, if you punch somebody here they'll usually flinch and spaz out. There's a nerve cluster there. Ah, never touch anything at a crime scene, even if you're wearing gloves. The thumb's the weakest point of someone's grip. And don't talk to the cops." She scratches the back of her head. "Uh, that sounded weirder than I thought. My mom was a detective."

You finally reach Sir Justice's office and are let inside. There, sitting at his desk... ...is Sir Justice himself, the greatest hero the world has ever known, and the world's most famous Eccentric. Even though he's semi-retired from heroics, he has almost never been seen without his mask on. And standing next to his desk...  ...is a young girl who looks nervous to be here. Something about her is familiar, but it might just be out of reach. Sitting down nearby are...   ...the two IBER agents from yesterday. "Thank you, Rebecca," Sir Justice addresses Professor Suzuki in his strong, booming-even-when-speaking-at-a-reasonable-volume voice. "Children, please sit down. We've got a fair bit to tell you." Emi Emi sizes up the new girl. She knows from rumor that she's strong, maybe a little too strong for her own good if she's always getting in trouble. Emi thinks maybe she could be a useful protege, but that would have to wait for another time. She gives Sir Justice a slight bow after Yukina does, figuring she's the one who would know best in this situation. She takes a seat, keeping an eye on the girl next to his desk. Somehow, she's more suspicious of her than the agents, at least she understands why they're there.

Sir Justice clears his throat. "Very well, then. First thing, introductions. These two agents here are..." "Agent Miles Milton," the man says. "Agent Grace Zari," the woman says. "These are two of the IBER agents assigned to the area. They'll be supervising any actions going forward. And little miss, if you would introduce yourself." The young woman looks up and says in a familiar flat voice, "My name is Katerina Mikahilov. You probably know me as Bobcut Beetle." "Miss Katyusha here has told us a lot in exchange for amnesty for her crimes. Why don't you tell them what you told me?" "Yes, Mr. Justice. You see, back home, ever since my powers awakened, I had been ostracized from my peers." Agent Zari pipes up, "Miss Mikahilov here is from Russia, where there are still areas with a strong anti-Eccentric sentiment." "Yes. For years, I was made to feel worthless for reasons beyond my control. Then, one day, I received a package. It said 'If you wish to use your powers, I can help you strike back against the world that refused you.' In it were my communicator and a plane ticket to California. Over time, I learned that the person who sent me the message was Dr. Bomber. We never met in person, but he told me he was cultivating a new generation of Eccentrics to combat heroes. I knew what I was doing was wrong, but in Dr. Bomber, I found acceptance. I would have done anything for him. I simply did not realize how strong the heroes of America were. I am very sorry." "Very good, Miss Katyusha," Sir Justice says as he places a hand on her arm comfortingly. "I'm not a huge fan of letting a criminal go, but Dr. Bomber is admittedly a higher priority than some upstart small fry," Agent Milton speaks his displeasure, causing Katerina to look away as Agent Zari nudges him in the ribs. "As you students should know, the possibility of Dr. Bomber making a comeback is a serious matter. However, I do not want to cause a panic before we have more information. I simply thought you should know since you were directly involved. I cannot stress enough that what we are discussing does not leave this room, students. Do you understand?"

Nikki Sparks Nikki shoots the IBER agents a look for a second but she then brings her attention back onto Katerina and Ser Justice. "I'm not too sure how long you can keep this under wraps, but I won't say anything." Nikki says bluntly, almost a little dismissively, as she turns her attention fully to Katerina and sentimentally asks, "What are you gonna do now, Katerina?"

Katyusha is a talented young girl, and her abilities are wasted on crime. So she might become your classmate soon. Now, are there any other questions I can answer while we're here?"

Her tone is conciliatory, but also forthright, her attention shifting to the agents as if to point out whom this is really meant for. Looking over to Karina, she asks more curiously, "Ah, did you make those robots yourself?"

Allison Traynor Allison is a little relieved she's not the new kid anymore, as quick as that was. She raises her hand about halfway up and opens her mouth, then seems to reconsider what she's about to say. And then she just sticks her hand up and blurts it out anyway. "Uh, is Dr. Bomber as big of a di- uh, jerk as he looks like on TV?" She keeps her eyes on the Russian girl, clearly looking to the kid for judgement, and not the world-class superhero who's fought the guy for decades.

Sir Justice looks over to Katerina and nods, letting her speak. "I never met him in person, but he was....quite supportive, if a bit rough around the edges. Or so I thought. Yesterday, he showed that he was willing to sacrifice me to get what he wanted. I was no more than a tool to him." "That's correct. Dr. Bomber is quite good at getting people to do what he wants. It was quite a hassle during our clashes."

Nikki Sparks "You're all whining too much!" Nikki says as she puts a hand up between her and Toon, all the tears that would hit her instead enter a small glowing red circle. "I mean, we've been trained to deal with this kind of thing! Less than a year to graduation and you're cringing about dealing with some jerk in a mask?" Nikki then expels the tears back onto Toon. She then stands up and looks at her classmates. "I mean, cmon, how many of you HAVEN'T been chomping at the bit for more field work? I wouldn't doubt it if all of you've done some work off record, too!" Nikki wasn't necessariliy, well a bit angry, but more excited at the opportunity in front of her. Here's an unmitigated villain that she KNOWS is no good, considering how he took advantage of Kat. If she could help take him down, no one could say she isn't a hero!

In less than a year, you kids are going to be the real deal superheroes. I know this may be scary, but that's all the more reason for you to stay strong, especially for the other students. As seniors, the rest of the school has to look up to you for guidance. I'm sure things will be okay." "By the way, that reminds me," Agent Zari raises a finger, "Miss Sparks, Agent Rhodes has already been notified about this, even though you weren't present at the time of the altercation.
