All I had to eat today was some gummi-bears and I have the massive shits. Like I broke into a cold sweat when making GBS threads it was that intense. I've had to hold on for dear life while making GBS threads but my hands slipped off and I couldn't hold onto anything to properly powershit because my hands even had the cold sweats. I was pretty loving scared for a good 15 minutes. I did not wish to poo poo but I could not hold it and I was afraid of what would come out. I feel a second wave coming on soon and have this deep sense of dread....

I know that most westerners don't stock activated charcoal in their medkits but really it's the frontline poisoning treatment here in Russia and it really helps with indigestion and food poisoning, and most types of orally ingested poison it's also a commok belief that taking activated charcoal while/right after drinking absorbs some of the alcohol leaving you less shitfaced

If you only think you have food poisoning, you don't and its prolly just a stomach bug or something that disagreed with you. Real food poisoning will leave you helpless in bed for 48 hours or more and in extreme agony. When you really got it there will be zero doubts.

You can get "food poisoning" from any of about a dozen distinct foodborne pathogens, each with its own set of disgusting characteristic symptoms, resulting in anything from a few hours of puking to a weeklong stay in the hospital, OP, but what you have right now is just the sugarless shits ... rip
