A friend of mine got a hot sauce called Endorphin Rush all over his hands, crouch, and eyes, but he was actually in a lot of pain.

My favorite hot sauces are Tabasco and Frank's Red Hot and if you haven't tried them I highly recommend it if you like spicey stuff.
