They have a loose continuity but for the most part each story is episodic. I recommend buying one of the later collected editions (from when Judge Dredd started to be printed in color) as that is when the artwork is best imo (though the black and white stories have their charms).

Yes but there was literally no context for her to be there whatsoever. Mutants werent a thing in this movie, she was just tossed in because people remember the boobs fondly.

One thing I didnt like about the Robocop sequels is OCP. In Robocop 1, the company wasnt so much evil, but they were evil in the way a real corporation is evil. They are super out of touch and apathetic, but not going out of their way to do bad things to be bad. In 2 and 3 though, straight up Captain Planet villians.
