Problem description: I cannot get on flickr.com Attempted fixes: I've restarted my computer, used Chrome and IE, different connections (Two wifi routers and a phone tether). I've checked two "Is it down" websites and they both say it's up. Recent changes: None. -- Operating system: Windows 7 Premium System specs: HP-DM1. Doubt this is the issue, I can get exact specs if needed. Location: Panama I have Googled and read the FAQ: Sort of. All I can find is people bitching about how bad Flickr is.

What happens when the site doesn't load? Can you ping it from the command prompt? If you're using third-party antivirus or firewall software I'd try uninstalling (not just disabling) it, and also try updating your network adapter drivers.

 I hate router/connectivity problems. Flickr is working again after 6 hours.
