The climate change makes the weather a lot better most of the time for most people. A couple species of birds and polar bears die off, but I get to have a longer summer and less severe winter? Sounds doable.

The plan seems to be for rich people to insulate themselves from it and then use it as an excuse to kill off the surplus population. A good plan, imo. When starvation and displacement get rampant, they'll just blame the poors for being poor and say "higher fences! thicker walls!"
