My shoulder has been better as the day wore on but the sitting in traffic for an hour got it acting up again. So I took a pill and bought a frappacino.

Feeling pretty good right now.

It's probably just a soft tissue injury, since you can't point to a traumatic event causing it. If it's not better in two weeks, get an MRI, a soft tissue injury should be healed by that amount of time.

I'm on two tramadol right now (for legit pain). Feeling pain-free and nice and warm. Easy to see how someone could get addicted to opiates/non-opiate painkillers that work on the same receptors. I request tramadol since I try to avoid opiates in general.
