hiv is already a manageable viral infection and yeah i think a vaccine is going to be a reality soonish. "cancer" means nothing and is a bunch of different diseases

We'll get a lot better at preventing cancer though..ill bet a lot of it comes down to chemicals and hormones in our poo poo, especially the sky high rates of breast cancer. These "fight breast cancer" organizations will be found to be horribly misguided i think.
