I shower before bed, and and after waking. Take some pride in keeping your body clean.

If you poop more than twice per shower that you've taken there is something wrong with your head, or rear end in a top hat.

If you'd actually wash your body with a relative frequency you can easily get away with not using shampoo or conditioner. It end's up being even healthier because the outer layers of your body are actually a bad thing to strip away, but like any loving mammal on this planet the human body requires constant grooming, and at the very least being capable of taking a daily shower with hot water is gotta be responsible for saving like 10 lives per 1,000 a year.

humans are the most complex biological organisms ever known. it would be silly, if not stupid, to assume everyone needs to follow the same grooming habits and rules

The roman empire used lead pipes for centuries, and we'd probably be on alpha centauri by now if they didn't, but if you didn't want to take a hot shower in those bath houses you're probably a terribly boring person.

your skin produces oil for a reason, and the reason is not to indicate who is the best human for being the most diligent in removing it. just sayin'

There are several related medical conditions, including acne, sebaceous cysts, hyperplasia and sebaceous adenoma. These are usually attributable to overactive sebaceous glands which produce an excess of sebum.

Other conditions that involve the sebaceous glands include:

Seborrhoea refers to overactive sebaceous glands, a cause of oily skin [3] or hair.[15]
Sebaceous hyperplasia, referring to excessive proliferation of the cells within the glands, and visible macroscopically as small papules on the skin, particularly on the forehead, nose and cheeks.[34]
Seborrhoeic dermatitis, a chronic, usually mild form of dermatitis effected by changes in the sebaceous glands.[35] In newborn infants seborrhoea dermatitis can occur as cradle cap.
Sebaceous adenoma, a benign slow-growing tumour which may however in rare cases be a precursor to a cancer syndrome known as Muir-Torre syndrome.[3]
Sebaceous carcinoma, an uncommon and aggressive cutaneous tumour.[36]
Sebaceous cyst is a term used to refer to both an epidermoid cyst and a pilar cyst, though neither of these contain sebum, only keratin and do not originate in the sebaceous gland and so are not true sebaceous cysts. A true sebaceous cyst is relatively rare and is known as a steatocystoma.[37]

quote:

Sapienic acid is a sebum fatty acid that is unique to humans, and is implicated in the development of acne.[14] Sebum is odorless, but its breakdown by bacteria can produce strong odors.[15]
