I've seen Erik Jones come up through the ranks in Michigan and the Great Lakes area. He's a phenomenal talent and has been running the full-sized stock cars for a long time, but then again so did Logano. Kyle Busch looked phenomenal in the lower ranks when he was 18 as well, but that didn't translate to Cup success right away.
