Stuff like Marxism isn't really a cohesive ideology, Marx said tons of different poo poo about drastically varied subjects, and although many of them are interconnected, you could take em', leave em', or pick and choose... I don't know why anyone would be Marxist or anti-Marxist unless they've read the entirety of the work which no one does because it's written in German, half of it was unfinished, and Marx was an insane rear end in a top hat. He's just another philosopher, I'm not a loving Socratic nor do I freak out about how much I hate him

some workers are obviously trained to like order around people and schedule things and help meet quotas, but they shouldn't be empowered to do that, instead a management figure should be a powerless and equal part of the work experience while some drunk and wild-eyed military guards stand at the ready to kill you all starting with him if you don't meet the factory quota. this is more fair because soldiers are basically on your level except they've been told they can kill you but not you kill them. it's all really fair.
