Yukiko has utility as a healer but chie is just lovely Kanji. She is 35 levels behind the rest of my bros and will never be used again.

The clear answer is to use Chie, Kanji, and Yukiko. That way you can blast shadows with the two strongest physical attackers and the strongest magic attacks. Also, that party makes it so that the MC always rolls with the three best waifu options.
