This season feels a lot weaker than the last two seasons. I think half the reason why I loved this show was watching Frank being ahead of the competion and out smarting everyone ruthlessly. Watching his ruthlessness bite him in the rear end is a bit boring to watch when most of his 'opposition' such as the congressional leadership haven't had significant on-screen time.

I think they are already doing that. Maybe I am remembering things completely wrong but I thought this was only supposed to be three seasons.

This Season was not awful but it definitely wasn't stellar like the first two seasons.
