This is a serious post: If you're past the age of 12 and won't eat whatever, you're a child. Cow tongue good. Oysters better. Sweetbread surprisingly good. I expected them to be goopy or weird, like a grisly chicken thing, or something, but nope, 'sweet' pretty much nails it.
