Let's hope the trend continues, the top 14 riders in testing were separated by less than 1 second:

Going to try and watch MotoGP this season since F1 is a total wash so far with Mercedes completely crushing everyone. Hopefully this will be more entertaining with the bikes being a bit more evenly matched!

It's only been a single race! Pretty soon now, Pastor is going to start knocking out race leaders left and right, and we'll have some proper racing for the top step.

Do yourself a favor and watch the WSS race. Hoooooly poo poo that's a good race! Easily the the best race I've seen in years.

BeIN shows them in the US. Annoyingly in some regions Comcast includes it, and in others it's part of a sports package. Depending on where you live, there are also some dealerships and bars that have watching parties. When I lived in Denver I used to watch the races at The Walnut Room, which had a Ducati 998 over the bar and was owned by a local club racer.

Johnny Rea probably cost himself 2-3 WSBK titles by being loyal to Honda. Pole, wire to wire with the fastest lap in both races now that he's finally off that shitbox CBR1000rr.

Wasn't last year when they switched from the BBC feed to the Eurosport feed?

I've been yelling at the screen for 3 years while that brilliant talent was wasted on the Honda. My moneys on Rae for the championship.

Sykes usually takes a few rounds to get into the flow but I'm not sure he has the dominant edge anymore.

The one two punch of Guintoli snatching the championship and Loris Baz making him melt down on twitter might have broken him.

I am a little surprised by Suzuki but I am pretty sure Aleix can ride anything, it looks like it might be another Honda start of the year though.

Anyone know of anywhere in Seattle that will be showing the race live? Barring that anywhere that will be showing it later?

My usual method of borrowing it from the Internet will not work this year and goddamn is the site pass expensive, although so will be going to a bar each time to watch the races so I'll probably get the pass anyways.

No idea if any of the bars will have it live, but here's what I found.

Fox sports 2: Sun, Mar 29 2:00pm MotoGP Racing | World Championship: Qatar

They'll actually have Moto3 at 7pm and Moto2 at 8pm

Well Ducati now has the winglets to help hold the front end down. We'll see if that helps translate to race pace. It's drat good to see a mix of manufacturers scrapping it out instead of a Honda/Yamaha show. Let's hope this keeps up all season.

Having only watched the GP race I have to say: gently caress the Spanish!

Before the race I was thinking it'd be honda/yam fighting at the front with the ducati's close behind, never expected for duc and honda to have swapped places.

I'm disappointed Dovi didn't win but I can't really hold it against him losing to Rossi. I'll think he'll get at least one this year though if that bikes already so strong after just 2 tests and a race.
