I thought I read once that the pizza tracker has nothing to do with the actual state of your order and is just done on a timer. Pretty sure I read it on this very forum from someone who worked at Dominos.

Pineapples aren't that bad on a pizza as long as they are combined with other, better toppings, such as pepperoni and canadian bacon. I will agree with you in this case however because the OP did not get any other toppings so he sucks.
