None. I'm lucky enough to not have depression. However, I am on a beta blocker, due to a cluster of cells in my heart that are slightly more excitable than they should be. It is causing me to throw PVCs from time to time.

Lexapro 10+ years (20 mg / day), Ativan 1 mg every 12 hours for the past year or so. I started getting anxiety and took Ativan then got dependent so I get anxiety if I miss a dose. Tried tapering off, worked for about 4 months, then started getting unexplained anxiety symptoms (thought I was having a heart attack), so went back. Wish I never touched it. I would say never touch or take any benzo drug ever, dependency sucks.
