what do you guys think is the worst/most unbearable type of unit? i.e. tradoc, infantry, armored, artillery, aviation, etc. edit: if you have some mos that only allows you to be in one type of unit, replace type of unit with military post

Engineer units are pretty bad because they can't make up their mind between trying to be combat arms and trying to actually be professional construction/engineering organizations. The end result achieves neither goal. e: Does CID only employ 19 year olds? Was in a bunch of different units (medic). They were all awful and awesome in their own unique ways. However my last one was literally the nation-wide detail bitch. Like the people you call to police call all the cigarette butts during the apocalypse kind of retarded. TRADOC on Knox as a medic was actually fun because idiot LTs were always maiming themselves.

I was in TRADOC and a cav unit at the same time and it was pretty gay. The only dudes that had it gayer was the infantry battalion in our cav brigade because they got laughed at for all the dumb poo poo thay they doubled down on to prove they were super hooah, and no one took them seriously. When I got my broke rear end kicked out, the last sexual assault figures had the ranger batt at the highest sexual assault figures on post, with ranger training battalion close behind. Which is terrible because it was nearly exclusively dude on dude so poor infantry Joe rolls up and gets his bum plumbed by his new ranger battles. Gay indeed.

Fort Irwin is pretty bad. Tiny base run by the cav with a tradoc workload, and so far from anything it might as well be on the moon. They didn't even have the decency to put it in Nevada, so it gets California gun laws to boot.
