Sounds good at first, but then we would be responsible for maintaining roofs, water, heat and ahahahaha I can't even finish that. Make the tenants responsible for maintenance and fine them for non-compliance. I've got a buddy that chairs a HOA near the country club, I'll get him in to help set this up.
