For the silly one-vote-5.0-buzzer-beater scenario I figured only threads with enough votes to show the rating ought to be eligible. I think the threshold is only 15 in GBS. Being able to see the ratings would make a tight race more, well "exciting" might be an overstatement, but "interesting" for sure. gnarly makes the rules though, just an idea! Good luck, GBS.
