So a private company decides to have a policy where people can use whatever they bathroom they feel is appropriate for them. Then another person who chose to use this private companies facilities complains to the point of annoying everyone so they tell her to leave. What is the problem here and why is anything else relevant ? To put it another way, you wouldn't think it was reasonable to be upset if you went to a gay bar and got kicked out because you were constantly bitching about all the "faggots" there. There is no defense there and any attempt to draw attention to other factors to make it seem more reasonable is fallacious reasoning. And to those who are worried about 'men dressed as woman so they can jack off in the womans bathroom', how about just a 'no masturbating in the bathroom' policy ? Pretty sure most women would find it just as unacceptable if they walked in on someone just sitting on the sink finger blasting their pussy. If the idea of people so shamelessly exposing their fetishes is so terrifying to you there is no reason to even draw a distinction between genders in the first place. Well, unless you want to debate that there is a distinction between what each genders allowable sexual freedom should be ..... hmmmm where I have heard talk like that before.
