I've worked in 2 med schools and I can tell med students are indistinguishable from freshman undergraduates except they feel the need to dress nicer on a daily basis. They huddle around in the halls and run their idiot mouths about how hard their biochemistry test was, they copy each others work outside the lecture in the last minute, they're idiots.
