I love all his ambient works and this piece from 2010 is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I've heard in a long time.

Lately I've been listening to The Shutov Assembly on nights I have trouble falling asleep, as a change of pace from ambient I and IV. Its pretty good. I like Basinski's stuff a lot as well

I genuinely don't understand how someone can make music like this and then be like "Yeah, okay, I'll produce a Coldplay album."

Brian Eno's real skill as a producer is getting a ton of really good musicians together and getting something good out of them.

Is any of his new stuff worth listening to? I've listened to Love This Giant, but I haven't listened to any of his solo work after Apollo: Atmospheres and Soundtracks.

I don't think Eno had anything to do with Love this Giant; that was solely Byrne and St. Vincent. Eno did work with Byrne just before that on Everything that Happens Will Happen Today, which I thought was pretty good.
