I don't have a problem with gambling as much as I have a problem with all the psychological poo poo casinos do to make sure they are maximally draining you of every last loving red cent. Like they purposefully make the casino floor between the lobby and the elevators for the rooms and then they purposefully make it annoying to navigate so you're exposed to as many people gambling as possible.

gambling takes too strong a burden on the poor and stupid, the image of the billionaire high roller is perpetuated when they make most money from the average joe. this group of people (along with the addicts) should be protected from themselves. abolish lotteries and raise taxes it kind of surprises me fantasy football and similar games arent considered gambling; "games of skill" lol i like to troll my friend that does make money at poker by insisting it's 100% random, really gets the vein popping out on his forehead
