Situation: >be 30 and a brand-name uni dropout no kids living in a large American metro in roomate situation (own room) all bills paid for 37 more days (room, utilities, internet, counseling, methadone) plenty of food on deck $100 in pocket no relationship just got fired over inability to get alcohol permit (2 DUIs 8 years ago) not on any aid programs no health insurance rent/bills after a month will be roughly $650 to buy 30 more days (including food/methadone/counseling) minor criminal record Wat do? Work immediately? Kill time? Work a week or two to buy another month?

I don't understand the use of the words "without worry" when it's been established that you have a lot to worry about. You're supposed to worry when things are about to go down the crapper. My plan so far had been: run a silly c/b on a couple dozen foods/supplements at ALDI to find a cheap way to stay alive pay bills in advance open dialogues with new employers my biggest fear is being employed tomorrow. because it's always there. and tomorrow looks like freedom, for a little while.
