This is Mimic, from Exiles:

Here are some facts about Mimic:
  • He copies mutant-ish powers. (He can copy Deadpool, for instance.)
  • He can copy five people at a time.
  • He gets all of the powers from anyone he copies: if he copies Wolverine, he gets claws and super-senses and healing.
  • He gets the powers at full breadth, but at half intensity: when he has Wolverine's powers, he gets all the claws and all five super-senses, but the senses are only half as super and he only heals at half a Wolverine level.

In Exiles, Mimic spends a lot of time with the powers of Colossus, Wolverine, and Cyclops, and sometimes has, like, Beast's or Northstar's or Deadpools powers in the other two slots. That's Ok and all, but there are so many more options! Let's draw Mimic with other people copied. Here are two to get us started:

Mammomax, Emma Frost (the blue and yellow specks are diamond sparkles!), Blindfold, Quentin Quire, and Graymalkin. Whoa, a precognitive elephant made of diamonds, who gets stronger in the dark and also makes psychic shotguns!

Sugar Man, Glob Herman, Cannonball, Banshee, and Triage. Hold on to your butts, because here comes a weird-looking, rocket-powered guy with flesh made of waxy, transparent napalm! He can heal with a touch, and has super-shouting powers so you know that help is on the way!

Welp, that's what I have. Time for some other goons to draw some Mimics! Join in, gang.

College Slice
Mimic sounds perfect for some kind of D&D-style munchkining which results in a level 1 kobold becoming god-emperor of creation, someone get on this stat.

Stuck drawing on my iPad, pc tablet is busted :argh: Feel free.
Here's another with an even shittier drawing, little more serious this time:
Blob, Magneto, Multiple Man, Black Bolt, and Bishop.
1. Assume metal rear end form (Colossus & Blob).
2. Enter orbit (Magneto).
3. Mimic prime splits into a shitload of copies (Multiple Man).
4. Copies use magnetics to railgun themselves to earth. Before impact, they shout like Colossus in the X-Men arcade game (Black Bolt).
5. Massive meteor-like impacts. The kinetic energy is absorbed and released in a secondary explosion (Bishop). The Black Bolt scream catches up and further obliterates the target. Mimic prime lulz and floats back to whatever is left of earth.

Cassandra Nova is not a mutant, but her powers wouldn't be visually represented anyway, so...

Only one I can't confirm is Living Monolith.

SNATTER'S ALIVE?!?!
Wiki says he is, HE claimed he was in his first appearance ("as were all the Pharaohs of Egypt's past,") and Sentinels rounded him up in the late 60s.

If it's an issue, a Rockslide is fine too.

Uh OK I'm pretty confused about Hollow - is this just a more obscure incarnation of Penance? And Thanos is most definitely not a mutant, unless I've missed something in the past year or two.

Endless Mike

Yeah, after Speedball became Penance, Penance became Hollow.

But yeah, Thanos is a Titan.

Steven doesn't want me watching him sleep anymore.
Sometimes sources refer to Thanos as a mutant because he's a Deviant, which is basically a mutant Eternal. That's probably not the same thing as a capital X X-Gene Terran Mutant though. I don't know that much about it, someone else could explain it properly.

They should just call this dude "Crackhead MODOK"

quote:

Sugar Man is a mutant who possesses superhuman strength, four arms, hands with razor-sharp claws, a giant mouth full of razor-sharp teeth, and a dense, razor-sharp tongue of indeterminate length that fused with bio-energy able to pierce and damage stone, steel, and even non-solid objects such as gas and liquid. It is unknown if all of his abilities, as well as his bizarre physical appearance, are a natural part of his mutation, or later additions through genetic tampering.

He has an enhanced sense of smell and can use it to detect fear.

He can control his own body size and mass.

Sugar Man is an expert, at least by modern standards, in sciences including biology and genetics.
