Looks like the partially obscured sticker says 240V. I've brushed my hand over that and survived before, and it's not a shape you can easily grab and hold, so everything considered that looks more like an unpleasant surprise that an immediate deathtrap.

IIRC ground resonance happens when the rotors get unbalanced because the helicopter is on uneven terrain or landed hard. Apparently taking off again or shutting down the engine can fix it. Vortex Ring State, where your helicopter just falls out of the sky because you've descended too quickly through your own rotor down wash, is more concerning to me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DsC4J3R8Bp0
