Dave Mustaine is a born again Christian so Megadeth by default

Think about it, the guy who made Holy Wars is now a diehard religious neo-con.

Tom Araya is a hardcore Catholic, but Kerry King still hates God and stuff, so I guess it's OK.

dave mustaine would be fine but he's not only born again, he's christian scientist, and that's basically unforgivable.

Also, confirming Anthrax is way above Slayer. South of Heaven was the only truly great Slayer album. Anthrax hit three in a row out of the park with Among, Persistence and Euphoria.

I know I'm an adult and I should understand this by now but I'm constantly surprised at how severely I can disagree with someone else's totally subjective music taste lol

Listening to Anthrax makes me feel good. It's fun, and inspires more of a party kind of vibe in me. Slayer makes me angry. Not a bad angry mind you, but there's just something different and not-at-all fun about the way it affects me.

I mean, I kind of liked some songs on Divine Intervention. Reign in Blood had some OK stuff. Angel of Death had a couple songs - but I cant really put any of those albums on and just listen to the whole thing. Anything with Anthrax being led by Joey (gently caress Armored Saint and gently caress Joey for loving everything up in the first place) is pretty much a leave it on and go with it kind of deal. Even as far back as Armed and Dangerous.
