I just listened to Simmons talking to Marc Stein about soccer. Simmons says that Messi is like Bird, Magic, and Nash combined, and then he entered an opium dream-like state and fantasized about what kind of player Kyrie would have been if he'd played soccer from a young age. He did this for several other players while Stein listened patiently. Yeah, like I said, taking advantage of your sedentary, Law and Order-loving parents will get you all kinds of nationally televised games. So for example I'll be able to get every game of the playoffs as presented by ESPN/TNT. I live in Denver, so I have yet to experience caring about regional stuff.
